A message of LOVE

Hey just sending out a message of LOVE. To everyone who reads this this is a message of love and just know that you have that much more love in your life from me. Coz I want to share my love with you and thats why I have written this message.

Happy new years and seasons greeting belated I know but that is what you get from a scrooge who actually doesn't care but just says it anyway :)
Anyway the new year... its quite incredible im shocked! its 2010 people of the holy gospel... just kidding im not an evangelical (whatever that means) l:S
Well i really wanted to come on here and stay in touch with my huggggge fan base but since they are so huuuge i am actually really just writing to myself aaand having a whale of a time. Join in... this is Fun!!

Anyway, yes another anyway, I am actually very excited about it being 2010 and being the author of my world in 2010. I am an artist and I will PAINT my horizons yes it will be bold and it will be beautiful. I love this world so much it's magic and 2010 will be magical...

LOVE your clients

I have some inspiring thoughts whirling around this merry merry xmas. Apart from the fact I wish there were more scrooges... :p
I have been listening to a 'marketing master' in my car... hes been filling me in inbetween viewings and key drops and house visits amongst other godforsaken things that i do with my beautiful days.. on how to LOVE your client. No longer your customer NO but your CLIENT. That beautiful, wonderful person that admires you and respects you and calls on you in his time of need. Your name is at the top of their contacts and they want to throw their money at you. reams and reams and reams...
basically you have to really love them and Forget about yourself!
If I think about this, this is professionalism. When you leave yourself behind. Your own baggage. your own sick jokes. Your own disgruntlement. Your own family. Your own weird brother.
I think there is so much in this. It needs to not be about you but completely about your customer. You're just there as a vehicle to get them from A to B as exceptionally and efficiently as possible.
I want to be this. It's hard. But I know I can be alot more of the time. But I still sometimes slip in fat jokes :s

booorrrred

I'm sooo bored. I am so unispired by my work at the moment. Obviously that's really bad because that will reflect on the people I meet and that will reflect on my success accordingly. However I just can't handle it when I'm not busy. When I'm stuck in the office and I'm calling people who I just want to stab in their eyeballs... ok maybe a slight exageration but not far off :s
I find that as long as I'm out the office meeting people I feel good and energised. If I'm in the office we have office banter to keep ourselves ticking along but beyond that its just soooo UNINSPIRING
IM SO BORED.... SORRY DID I NOT MAKE MYSELF CLEAR ENOUGH.... IM SOOOOOOOOO BORRRRREDDDD

I'm a blogger

Today is very exciting!!!
I am now officially a blogger. I went online twice at work this morning to see if anyone had read my amazing blog inspired by my conversation last night with magpie my superior blogger. Check out her page magpiemagpiemagpie... shes got pictures!!
Anyway obviously noone knows of my existence yet but not for long. Soon I can open my agency and it will beat toysrus in the FTSE 100, the Business 100's etc.... I don't know any others... hmmm.
Anyway Yep thats exactly it, yes my grand plan. Estateagentsrus will be good estate agents that conquer the world and soon my planes will be flying in the air next to Richard Bransons with my name all over it and there will be gyms with my name all over it and there will be finanical options with my name all over it... mwahahahah.
hahah no im not naccissistic or even despotic just I want it! Why not. Mr Branson has these fun things... and the world in this mental 21st century is our oyster and any pauper can live richer than any king or queen that has spanned the last 4/5000 years or however long human civilisation have been in existence. Its mental!
